Traditional Sandblasting Is A Deeper Cut Into The Granite, And Can Be Done In Any Color Of Stone

Sandblasting has been the preferred method of lettering and engraving memorials since the 1920s. It is ideal for creating deeply cut text and images, though is not as suitable for highly photographic images or extremely complicated fonts of text.  For our customers that desire sandblasted engraving, we use precision laser cutting of custom templates and apply these to the monument prior to sandblasting. This creates the detailed and bold sandblasted images and texts our customers desire, whether by themselves or in conjunction with our other fabrication techniques.
